Ayhan Akkaya

He was born in Mengen district of Bolu. Ayhan Akkaya, who started his career at Reina in 2006 and had the opportunity to work with many foreign chefs during this time, served as a jury member in international gastronomy competitions. Akkaya, who took part in various organizations related to Turkish cuisine, worked as Executive Chef in some of the leading hotels in Istanbul. Continuing his efforts to bring together various flavors of Turkish and world cuisine with Fusion Kitchen, Akkaya also provides consultancy to many venues. The general aim of the chef from Bolu Mengen in his profession is to ensure that Turkish cuisine gets the value it deserves and to pass it on to future generations.
